New Member Sessions

Have you used your new member sessions?  If not, stop at the Service Desk today and take advantage of the fantastic FREE service.  Even if you have been a member for years, but never used your free sessions with a trainer it's never too late.  Have a trainer in mind you'd like to work with?  Great!  Any of our Certified Personal Trainers would be happy to get you on your way to a new fitness routine or try something you've never done before.
