If you are a parent or a grandparent, you know that summer vacation is only a couple weeks away. This is so exciting for all of us; however, this means more meals will be eaten at home. Unfortunately for many children this means additional calories with many in processed foods. It is now estimated that about 17% of children, or about 10 million kids in the United States are obese. Nutrition is one of the most important drivers leading this problem.
