Make the most of your experience at The Peak with our New Member Orientation sessions. New members get two complimentary orientation sessions with a trainer to help you get started or to challenge yourself. Whatever your level of fitness experience, your New Member Orientations give you details on the facility, programs, and how different equipment can ensure a fun and rewarding experience.
If you are new to exercise or have not exercised in a while, a Peak Trainer will help orient you to exercise at our facility, ensuring safety and will recommend ways to meet your goals. You can review classes and programs offered, and you’ll learn how to use the cardio and strength machines. This will get you off to a great start at The Peak to maximize your membership!
If you an experienced exerciser, let a Peak trainer evaluate your fitness level and give you some new ideas to challenge you. Choose a trainer who is experienced in swimming, triathlons, obstacle races, biking, or court sports, as well as fitness and weight management.
