Anita loves working in the fitness field where she can not only help others make healthy lifestyle changes, but can keep her own healthy lifestyle going.  Being a trainer she understands the discipline, consistency, and hard work it takes to stay healthy.

Annie Taylor

Annie Taylor is a certified water instructor through AEA and a certified personal trainer on land with ACSM.  She has been working in the exercise field for over 25 years.  Annie trains both on land and in the water, and loves what exercise can do for peoples' lives!  She excels and truly enjoys working with our Senior members.

Amy Musgrove

I love fitness!  Especially group fitness.  It is truly my passion in life! After being sedentary for most of my adult life, I decided to make a change. I began running and taking group classes.  I was feeling great and gained the self-esteem back that I'd lost over the years. Now I can call myself a marathon runner, a Group Fitness Instructor and a Personal Trainer.

I am living proof that you can have ANYTHING you put your mind to! Let me help you on your fitness journey!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Beth Musterteiger

"Making Lives Better Through Fitness and Wellness."  This is the mission statement of the Peak, and that's why I love my job at the Peak.  The Peak allows me to live my passion: wellness.  I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Health and Human Performance in 1993.  Since then I have maintained my National Strength and Conditioning CSCS certification and have taken various classes in senior fitness and the ACLS for cardiac rehab.

A word from Beth:
"You take the first step and I'll walk with you the rest of the way. We'll make a great team! We will work together and I will always find exercises that help improve your strength, balance and endurance.  Personal training, and exercise classes are not like a job to me, they are a passion.  I enjoy them too much!"

 

 

 

 

Bonnie Maynard

Bonnie enjoys working with youth and those who are working towards a future goal or event.  She finds great satisfaction in being a part of member's training process.  An avid distance runner, Bonnie has completed numerous marathons over the years and would embrace helping people achieve this endeavor.  Bonnie also has a strong background in courts sports and muscular strength.  Her newest love - outdoor cycling!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cyndy Grinde

Since I began to Personal Train clients over eleven years ago, I have found it very rewarding to help people set and reach their goals to healthier, more beneficial lifestyle.

Derek Steele

Derek Steele has been a certified personal trainer for 10 years.  With experience in many different aspects of fitness including; cardio endurance training, body building, athletic sports training, and sports performance nutrition.  He approaches personal training from a teaching perspective, giving guidance and instruction towards the individual goals of his clients.  Leaving the client well equipped with the knowledge and confidence to achieve any goal they set out to accomplish.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Jan Wolf

Jan Wolf has been in the fitness industry for 28 years, acquiring certifications with American College of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning, American Fitness Association of America, and Stott Pilates.  Her primary focus is in Pilates where she teaches both mat classes and private sessions, but teaches group fitness classes and personal trains as well.  She enjoys the rewards and joy of people achieving goals that they thought were impossible.  Her love is sharing knowledge and enthusiasm for health and wellness as she continues to learn, with others.

Jess Bernard

Fitness has been an integral part of Jess' life for 25 years.  It has given her confidence to cycle the pacific coast, backpack through terrain seldom traveled and pushed her to compete in soccer at a collegiate level.  Jess holds a BS in Exercise Science and Human Biology, is certified in Stott Pilates and is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer.

Justin Loch

Justin's goal as a trainer is to help people feel good about themselves mentally and physically through fitness.  Justin holds a BS in Exercise Science, is a physical therapy exercise specialist, and a sport specific personal trainer.  He believes that each person can achieve a high quality of life through exercise.  Maintaining a good fitness plan can allow us to get the most out of life and he takes great pride in helping people achieve the results needed to do so.

Kaylee Harris

With over twenty years of nursing experience, Kaylee Ann Harris has seen what an unhealthy lifestyle can do to the human body.  Her goal is for people to play a preventative role in their health.  She would like to help her clients take steps toward a healthier lifestyle.  She accomplishes this by having fun through both group fitness classes or personal training sessions.

Shandra Leritz

Exercise has been a part of Shandra's life since age two when she first took the ice as a figure skater.  She continued her passion for competitive sports in high school basketball, volleyball, and badminton.  Shandra would love to help you reach any goal you may have and won't stop until you are happy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Susan Lemelin

Susan's training experience exists on both land and water.  Holding a certification with ACSM, a Level 3 swim coach, NASM Personal Trainer and New Leaf Metabolic Specialist, Susan can work with you on stroke development, enhance athletic performance, improve fitness, or succeed in your weight loss goal.

Maria Chaney

I graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and am currently working on my Master's Degree. I've been a personal trainer for a year and enjoy sharing the benefits and joy you can get from staying active and healthy. I've worked with a multitude of people, from young athletes to people just beginning an exercise program in their later years. I have a background in Physical Therapy and I am particular in having excellent form in order to maximize results and prevent injury.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Leslie Steensrud

I have been in the Health and Wellness field for over 25 years. I have obtained certifications in Aerobics, Kickboxing, Personal training, Pilates, Dance and movement programs for children. My current passion is Pilates. I am a fully certified Pilates trainer.  I currently hold certifications thru Balanced body University and Pilates Method Alliance. My joy is seeing my clients become stronger physically, mentally and spiritually for their life journey.
