Yoga is often interpreted as “union”or a joining of the mind, body and spirit. At The Peak you will practice asana, which is a program of physical postures designed to purify the body and provide physical strength and fitness.

Benefits: Strengthens and tones muscles, balances structure and alignments, increases flexibility, cleanses through circulation, increases lung capacity and nutrional consumption, concentration and attention span and finally strengthens your immune system. What are you waiting for?

What is Pilates?

Pilates is an exercise that incorporates modern exercise science and rehabilitation principles, eliminating risky movements while emphasizing neutral alignment, core stability and mobility.  Pilates is a method of body condition with strengthening and stretching exercises developed over 90 years ago by Joseph Pilates.

Benefits: Longer, leaner muscles, improves postural problems, increase core strength and stability, helps prevent injury, is easy on joints, improves performance in sports, balances strength and flexibility, heightens body awareness, and can be customized for all levels.  Sounds like a good match for you?  Try it out today!
