“When you find your why, you find your way to make it happen.”
Do you have fitness goals, weight loss goals, etc? Are you wondering why you aren’t achieving your goals? Finally, are you just frustrated with yourself?
When I begin working with a new health coaching client, we first establish some goals. The goals are typically broad and vague. I help them really figure out their why – this is truly the most important step.
Let me share part of the process:
If you can’t answer these questions, then you don’t know your why? Without your why clearly defined, you won’t be able to achieve your goal.
The excise above is simple but not necessarily easy.
