Wednesday Wellness: Treasure Sleep

By now you have probably heard that sleep is an important aspect of your health, and do you know why?

On average, the adults need 7-9 hours of sleep.  Our natural sleeping rhythm is to be asleep by 10 pm or earlier; staying up past 10 pm increases cortisol levels and decreases sleep quality.
