Do you have solid goals?
Last week we looked at the importance of your “why” when choosing a
goal. Too often, we set goals and don’t have a clear path to achieve our goal.

I tell my clients: This is like hopping in the car and heading to Florida without a GPS, map, and no plan where to sleep or when to arrive. When our goals are like this, we get frustrated and give up. (Think about a New Year Resolution for evidence of this.)

To make a plan and successfully reach a goal: Think SMART:

  1. Specific
  2. Measurable
  3. Attainable
  4. Realistic
  5. Time sensitive
    Bonus – Make it fun!

Remember often why you started on the journey toward your goal.
