Lessons are designed for ages 3 to adult, and offer an aquatic education from basic swim strokes and safety to competitive swimming. We include skills needed for personal safety while teaching the correct techniques for competitive, athletic and recreational swimming. Our instructors will use positive, gentle, but firm reinforcement to enable our swimmers to enjoy aquatic activities. Instructors will not suggest advancement unless they are confident your child is ready for the next level.
