Our Mind & Body department a variety of classes for all levels. Most of these classes are included with your Peak membership.
Yoga classes are an eclectic blend of a variety of yoga styles guaranteed to give you all the benefits that yoga has to offer: stress reduction, flexibility, strength, and body awareness.
Pilates classes create an evenly conditioned body, improve sports performance, and prevent injuries with Pilates.
