Yoga at the Peak offers two ways to follow your bliss to better health and fitness.
Yoga Private Sessions
Begin your practice with some one-on-one instruction. Our certified instructors design a program specifically for your needs, then work with you to develop strength, flexibility, balance & concentration.
Already have a practice developed? Private sessions will take you to the next level. Develop your practice by challenging your body & mind. Go beyond what you thought you could accomplish.
Yoga Group Classes
The Peak Yoga Classes offer beginning students the fundamentals of Yoga practice. Begin with breathing, technique, & basic postures. Learn to flow with Sun Salutations during Intro to Yoga. To challenge yourself further flow into more advanced postures including inversions & back bends in Level I.
Members have the opportunity to take advantage of FREE Yoga offerings for any level of practitioner from novice to expert . Restorative Yoga uses deep breathing & postures designed to lengthen & release tight muscles.
Prenatal Yoga
Enjoy the company of other Mothers-To-Be
while easing pregnancy pains and preparing for labor.

Meet Your Needs Yoga
What is it?
Learn how yoga can meet your needs. Destress and build strength as well as use breath in an intelligent way. This class is designed to introduce and reinforce good alignment principles, wake you up, and create a foundation upon which you can build your day and meet your needs.
ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME.
What do I need to start?
All you need to begin is your body, your mind, and a bit of curiosity. Wear a pair of sweat pants, leggings, or shorts, and a t-shirt that's not too baggy. Bring your own yoga mat, the Peak will supply the other props.
