$Baby Yoga$A class of relaxation, coordination, and flexibility for moms or dads to do WITH their baby. A great class for child and parent to bond while getting in a gentle workout. Open to ages birth to 3 years old. February 6- March 12 (Mondays 10:00 to 10:45 am in the Green Room). Bring a blanket and your baby! Open to members and non-members.

Kids CycleTaking from our adult cycling class our kids class provides the sweaty fun that the adult classes do with a emphasis on kid size fun. The kids pedal their way to fitness goals using music and instructor inspiration to guide them along their journey.

ZumbatomicDesigned exclusively for kids (ages 4-12), Zumbatomic classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia and more. Parents love Zumbatomic because of the effects it has on kids, increasing their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhancing coordination. Zumbatomic rounds out family fitness goals by giving parents a great reason to head to the gym – for themselves, for their kids, for a total fun family experience.

I have been playing racquetball for twenty-seven years. I started playing tournaments in both singles and doubles in the early 80’s. I worked for a Florida County School Administration teaching Junior Racquetball.
I love the exercise, the strategy, and competition involved with playing racquetball! I have recently acquired a passion for squash. I enjoy fostering a love for both squash and racquetball while working with Peak members.

$Jr. Racquetball$Junior Racquetball will teach all aspects of the game. Instructors focus on skills & drills, court strategy, and shot selection. Instructors allow time for kids to engage in play and then provide feedback to better improve upon their skills. Some of the drills may include eye-hand coordination, speed & agility, and accuracy. Players are matched with similar ability levels or handicapped in order to ensure friendly competition.
