Reach Your “PEAK” Of Fitness This Summer
A program to help you climb your fitness to its PEAK level!! 13 Weeks of Summer – Through June, July, and August A $10.00 Fee gets/keeps you in shape, gets you a Peak water bottle(just for signing up!), and allows you a chance to win a $5.00 Juice Bar Gift Certificate and a PEAK T-shirt!! Sign-ups begin May 12th at the Fitness Desk.
Through June, July and August, log points for your workouts in a binder at the Fitness Desk. You earn points by doing cardiovascular, strength and stretching workouts. To reach your Peak, get 3 cardio, 2 strength and 3 stretch sessions each week. To win the prizes, you will need a minimum of 40 points by July 13 to receive a $5.00 Juice Bar Gift Certificate, and 90 points by August 31to win a Peak T-Shirt. Earn approximately 8 points a week for 12 of the 13 weeks to reach your goal!!
To earn your Cardiovascular Points
(1 Point Each):
30 minute Cardo Session at the Peak or
one Cardio Class
To earn your Strength Points
(1 Point Each):
20 minute strength session at the Peak
Body Conditioning Class
Pilates Class
To earn your Stretch Points
(1 Point Each):
End of class stretch
10 minute stretch session at the Peak
Yoga Class
