Triathlon Training 101
Coaching for beginer to intermediate multisport athletes is now available. Sign up for your one-on-one personal training and coaching to achieve your triathalon goals for 2008. Includes an initial assesment; online coaching, face-to-face meetings, nutritional consultation, open water swim coaching, and weight lifting instruction. You will receive a training plan and racing plan wiht detailed instructions. All athletes receive e-mail feedback, training modifications, race strategy, and that all important motivation. Heart rate training, injury advice, and hydration tips are also included.
Athletes will also receive 15% off the New Leaf VO2 Metabolic System testing!
Whether you have for a week or for a lifetime, a trainer will provide you with the motivational support to give you the extra push to meet your triathlon goals.
$140 per month (4 one hour sessions)
$120 per month if you sign up for 2 months (8 one hour sessions)
$100 per month if you sign up for 3 or more months (12 or more one hour sessions)
