Wow, we have covered a lot of information this month. How did you do with making changes and sticking to them? As important as it is to acquire knowledge, it is even more important to put it into action. Remember it is about progress and not perfection.

Sally would take the stairs at work instead of the elevator. During her lunch break, she goes for a 10 minute walk outside making sure to notice the trees and animals outside. For dinner, she eats baked chicken, with steamed broccoli with olive oil, serving of brown rice and a baked cinnamon apple (no sugar) for dessert.
The above example, is very simple and straightforward. Sally was successful in integrating all 3 of these into her day without much additional time and no extra cost. This important example does highlight that small changes will build lasting results and encourage additional healthy actions in the future.
I hope you have enjoyed the month’s series on how to bring simple solutions to your life. Simple does not always mean easy.
